Seventh Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Raul A. Zambrano has announced that in-person jury trials may resume throughout the circuit effective March 15, 2021. Trials will be livestreamed and may be viewed from the Court’s website.
Jury selection began this morning in Bunnell for a felony jury trial in Flagler County. In-person jury trials were suspended more than five months ago in response to the public health emergency.
Like all the other circuits, when the pandemic started, we developed our laundry list of essential proceedings that had to continue through the health crisis.
