All incoming electronic filings to the Fourth DCA must be submitted via the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, https://myflcourtaccess.com.
In the near future, the Fourth District Court of Appeal will accept incoming filings only through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, instead of through eDCA.
