Pinellas & Pasco Counties: Jury Trials Resume

Anthony Rondolino, the chief judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, recently modified the sixth circuit's operational plan. As of March 1, 2021, criminal jury trials will resume in Pinellas County. As of March 15, 2021, criminal and civil jury trials will resume in Pasco County.

Miami-Dade Courts: Jury Trials Resume March 1, 2021

The temporary suspension of jury trials enacted by the Honorable Bertila Soto, Chief Judge of the Miami-Dade Courts, will expire this coming Feb. 28th, and jury trials will resume on March 1, 2021 in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, the Miami-Dade Courts.
